In earrly 80's Soviet Union launched Military attack on Afghanistan by entering its forces in Afghanistan. Afghans which are considered a very brave nation decided to fight against Soviet Forces. Afghan started fighting with Russian forces.
At that time US decided to also get benefit of this chance to take revenge from its rival Soviet Union and started providing Afghans weapons and money. Pakistan also supported Afghans by giving training. The War continued for almost one decade. At same time Soviet Union's Economy also become very weak.
That was the time when massive protests started in the country and it was broken in pieces and became Russia.
