Well i think you have not asked a correct question because administrator account is enabled in every Windows 7 by default and it is impossible to delete a administrator account in Windows 7. However if the administrator account not displays in the Users then you have to make a new User with the name of Administrator. To do this go to Users Folder in your Windows 7 Control Panel.
